Remote Support
Our Remote PC Support allows us to access clients pc's to assist them with any problems they may be experiencing.
We offer 15 minutes of free remote support for every customer, so for example, you can use this time if you want us to setup your email account directly on your pc.
Additional remote support sessions are charged at £10 per session (max 15 mins)
