- 26/10/2008 - 9.25pm: Faulty memory module caused approx 90 minutes down time on one of the servers, the server has had new memory modules fitted and is back online.
- 01/10/2008 - 2.30pm: Our service provide experienced some problems on their backbone which resulted in a loss of service between approx 9am - 10.30am
