Set Up Windows Mail in Windows Vista
This tutorial will guide you through setting your email account up within Windows Mail.
Within this tutorial we have used an example name (Jane Smith) and domain name called (mydomain.com) wherever these appears you must replace this with your own name and domain name that you have setup with us.
All of your email account details are provided in the setup email we sent you when your website was completed.
Step 1) Firstly open up Windows Mail, this should be situated within your start menu but you may need to look within your programs list

Step 2) If this is the first time you have opened Windows Mail it will take you straight to the setup wizard, if this is the case please goto Step 5 below, if you have used windows mail before you need to click "Tools" and then "accounts"

Step 3) Here you click the "Add" button

Step 4) Now you select "E-mail Account" Click Next to continue

Step 5) Enter your name as you would like it to appear on your outgoing email messages. Click Next to continue

Step 6) Enter your email address and click Next to continue

Step 7) Leave the incoming e-mail server type on POP3. Now enter both your incoming and outgoing mail server names in the spaces provided, put a tick in "outgoing server requires authentication" Click Next to continue

Step 8) Enter your email username and password, your email username will be your full email address. Click Next to continue

Step 9) All done! Now click finish and you will be able to send and receive email from your new email address
